Bill retired from the US Navy in 1975 and started his own Charter Boat Service. He is Coast Guard Licensed and fishes from a 28 ft. Tri-Toon Boat, using the latest electronic fishing equipment available with (GPS) His US Coast Guard License allows him to carry up to 6 persons ( Arrangements can be made for larger parties requiring additional Guides.)
