Hey everyone, fishing in Fort Lauderdale remains strong this month with plenty of sailfish stealing the show along with plenty of big sharks, mostly Hammerheads and reports of a couple of Makos as well. However, bad weather up north resulted in multiple canceled flights and trips. So right now you can take advantage of that and book a private charter for up to 6 people for only $100 HR.

 

We are also seeing good numbers of big amberjacks on the deep and some shallow wrecks, bring a strong will and back if you plan to do battle with one of these wreck donkeys. They WILL put you to the test. Kingfish are still running a little late but the blackfin tunas have more than made up for their absence. Some Mahi Mahi are around and are should be making a stronger showing with each passing day. The few we are catching are bigger fish, nice 12-20 bulls and cows.
