"Cobia Catch" | OIFC World Cat / Carolina Cat | 05/25/10

 

 

They found king fishing sized pogies in the ICW just past the Shallotte River and headed to an AR about 8 miles out. While there Christy and Jeremy tag teamed this 31.8 lb cobia on a pogey. While they were jigging for more bait the smaller cobia hit..and on a light weight spinning reel. They lost one cobia in the props and hooked up with a couple smokers.
