February has arrived and our weather conditions continue to be spectacular. I've been extremely busy and have had the opportunity to take a lot of really extroardinary people fishing over the last couple of weeks. With water temperatures holding steady in the mid to upper 60's, fishing is hands down "wayyyy" above average for February. We have been catching numerous redfish and trout on all my trips and a few clients had the opportunity to set new personal bests in the redfish department. I had a 36", 35", 33", 32", and a 30" redfish get caught last week which is very uncommon for winter. The trout fishing has been on fire and for those of you looking to prepare a nice fish dinner, this an easy way to feed family and friends. The bag limit allows you to keep "4" trout per person with one fish over the 20" maximum. I strongly encourage releasing the fish over 20" due to the fact they are our breeders and will be spawning in the upcoming months. I have attached a lot of photos to this report this week. Enjoy them and I look forward to getting on the water with all of you soon.
