Today we started out fishing with Joe, Britney and Casey from West Palm Beach Florida.
We picked up some live baits and went right to kite fishing with 4 live baits suspended from them.
We ended up catching a few bonitos and barracuda and a big sailfish.
As we got back to the dock we had Greg his son Hunter From New York along with his nephew Cory from Delray Beach Florida and Peter from London eager to give their luck a shot at some deep sea fishing aboard the Hooked Up off the coast of Fort Lauderdale Florida.
Once again we went right to kite fishing only this time we added a couple of shark baits to our spread and man was that ever the right choice.
We ended up catching 5 foot Silky shark along with this small 400 pound Hammer Head Shark.
Wow what a great trip!! While it may seem as if we did not catch a lot bare in mind we spent a lot of the trip fighting this 400 pounder.

April 25th, 2011
Today we started out this unbelievable day of fishing with Michael and Dominick, from Toledo Ohio Steve and Denise from Canada and Terry and Artie from Boston.
Once again we went right to kite fishing with 3 live baits suspended from the kites along with a shark bait also suspended from the kite. We also sent shark bait all the way down 350 feet to the bottom and last but not least another shark bait half way down.
Ok so the trap was set we had the surface middle and bottom covered and now all we needed was for some big SEA MONSTER to come along and have a little lunch.
Thats when all hell broke lose!! All at once we had a hammerhead shark eating our kite bait at the same time we had a BIG bite on our bottom bait.
Steve got in one chair as Terry got in the other and the double-header fight was on.
It was a back and forth tug a wars by both anglers and fish for over 35 min till we finally got Terrys shark to the boat soon after that we had Steves huge 106 inch hammerhead shark at the boat at the same time. We got a few quick photos of both sharks and watched them both swim away with their pride a little hurt but in good shape.
WOW what else can I say it was a great morning of shark fishing and we cant thank our anglers enough for fishing with us today.
As we pulled back to the dock we had Jason, Debbie and Ryan from Indiana eager to see if their luck would be as good as our mornings trips was?
Once again we set out the kites along with the shark baits and the trap was set.
Out of nowhere came this huge and I do mean huge dorsal fin headed right for our shark bait that was suspended from the kite.
Once this shark got a good scent on the bait he came racing in like a missal and just like that we were Hooked Up.
Jason jumped in the chair and the fight of his life was on.
Looking back on the whole fight I dont know when the fish knew he was hooked? When he first felt the hook and took off like a missal or once he got next to the boat and J.J. got a head rope around his head but ether way this shark was a bad ass.
Finally he settled down and we were able to get a quick photo and a measurement of Jasons 10-foot Great Gray Hammer Head Shark.
Sharks are here and we are having a ball putting our anglers to work so come on down to Sunny South Florida and get you some. (LOL)

April 27th, 2011
Today we started out fishing with Thomas formally from Virginia and now lives in Boca Raton Florida, Dan from New Jersey, Randy and Renee from Keaney Nebraska and Kathleen and her son Patrick from Cincinnati Ohio.
We went right to kite fishing with the live baits suspended from the kites long with some shark baits set down deep.
As soon as we got the baits all set out here came along this dolphin fish and just like that we were Hooked Up. Patrick jumped in the chair and the fight was on. After a 5 to 7 min fight Patrick had landed dinner. And Kathleen even had a replica mount made of Patricks first dolphin fish.
J.J. got the baits set right back out there when all of a sudden our deep rod with the shark bait on it bent over and line started peeling off the reel. Randy jumped in the chair and the fight was on.
Randy was looking for a big trophy fish to hang on his wall and we figured this was the one. But as luck would have it after a good 30 min back and forth tug a war up popped this monster hammerhead shark and this fish was just too big. Thats a first but it truly was a big 7 to 8 foot shark.
Nice going Randy.
As we pulled back to the dock we had Vince and Keeta from Indiana waiting to give luck a shot at some of this shark fishing.
We started out doing a bit of trolling catching a couple of bonitos and black fin tunas.
Once the ice was broke and we had a few fish in the box we set out the kites and once again with a couple of shark baits down deep and the trap was set.
And YES once again the deep rod bent over and Vince jumped in the chair and the fight was on.
30 min later up popped another big hammerhead shark.
Ok here where todays fishing story takes a bit of a turn. Today was my first day with this new Handy Cam video camera I bought to try to take videos of these great fish weve been catching and well I just forgot to use my camera to get pictures to post.
So I am sorry to say that I dropped the ball and never did get any pictures of Vinces shark.
But to all of my anglers today and to those who will be fishing with us in the future I am learning how to edit the videos and I WILL be sending them to you guys just please e mail me to remind me.
Also bare in mind I dont have it down yet but I will have it down with in the next couple of days so bare with me.
