Deep water reefs are producing limit catches of walleye drift fishing. Nice catches have also come from the deep waters on the border between Middle Island and North Bass. The day and night bite for walleye on the reef ledges and in the shallows has been very good the last several days. Trophy walleye are now being caught in both the shallows and deep water. Get a descent wind to drift with and the catches have been very good. Perch fishing has remained stable with the Canadian waters producing the most consistent. Sheriton Point has been very steady all fall. We have some wind coming this weekend it looks like Saturday will be windy and Sunday iffy. It is suppose to be a two day wind event so I do not believe it will mess the fishing conditions up. Especially in the deep waters.
