The fishing in Estero Bay continues to be really good. There is plenty of quality whitebait on the beaches and the fish are ready to eat. The snook bite has been crazy around the docks and mangrove points. Chum the area heavy and throw a free lined bait in and hold on. The redfish have been moving around the oyster bars and mangrove islands and they are hungry. Free lined white bait or pinfih under a float seem to work best. The nearshore bite is also really good right now. Spanish mackerel, grouper, and snapper have been taking whitebait as well. Use a spilt shot to help get your baits down.
