Bull Lake is a pristine lake located west of Libby and just south east of Troy about 15 miles. It is located near the Cabinet Mountain Wilderness. The lake is primarily private ownership. There is 37% Public Land. There is surface area of 1,162.4 acres. There is shore line of 12.1 miles. The lake is 64 feet at maximum. Elevation on the lake is 2319 feet. To reach this lovely area drive on Hwy. 2 to state Hwy. 56 and drive up 15 miles. You can not miss it. There are state camping sites on the southwest side of the lake as well as boat launch. The lake is planted with trout; Brook, cutthroat, Lake, rainbow, grayling and pike. This lake is home to a number of summer homes and some full time residents.
