As a South Florida native of Fort Lauderdale, I followed in the footsteps of my grandfather, who was a local charter boat captain in the early 1950's on his boat AWOL'.

We both shared the same love of the sport, and I grew up fishing from the Florida Keys and Flamingo to Palm Beach, and from the Bahamas to other parts of the Caribbean.

My passion ultimately led me to a career as a full-time backcountry fishing guide for the past 8 years, and has afforded me the opportunity to introduce other enthusiastic anglers to such an engaging sport.
