I am with Henry and his son Hank and Luke and friend Julio. We started out in Government Cut for Tarpon and had several bites early on using live mullet but the fish missed the bait. I started out in Whitewater Bay and the first few spot were not productive, we made it up to a Trout spot and got into them really good. I am with Sergiuhis wife Veronica and there 2 guest, this was a very quick day. We left the Flamingo dock at 745 and got back at 1130. In that time we caught 20 Trout, 20 ladyfish, Jacks, Snappers and 2 Sharks up to 150 lbs. Sergiu also hooked a Tarpon estimated at @ 170 lbs on 10 lb spinning tackle with a 30 lb leader, it lasted about a minute but it was awesome!

The Tarpon are still in and around Government Cut but the have been moving south for a while now. They are more active down on the outside flats in south Biscayne Bay right now.
Tarpon action has been pretty good down at Flamingo, the fish have been in the channels and out in the Gulf of Mexico. They are there in pretty good numbers.
