Here at Shooting Star Charters our goal is to give you the adventure of a lifetime! From cruising Florida's Intracoastal, to sport fishing off Fort Lauderdale. Our professional crew is ready to make your adventure a reality!

Our Captains and mates are full-time pros who are up to date with all the latest fishing information and what's biting. Because we fish almost every day, we know when and where the best bite is. Anything from Sailfish to large Sharks are always a possibility when kite fishing. When trolling, King Mackerel, Dolphin, Wahoo, Bonita and Tuna are on our list. So come relax, catch the fish of your dreams, or just dinner!

ABOUT US
Sport fishing in Fort Lauderdale is great! We have a deep water inlet, aircraft carriers and even the Queen Mary II comes to our port.

Most fishing is done within 3 miles of shore. Anything from Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Swordfish, Tuna, Sharks, Dolphins and Wahoo can be found close, within 20 minutes of the dock.

THE SHOOTING STAR
The Shooting Star is one of only two sportfishing boats in the world with an exclusive dry exhaust system. Most boats experience nasty diesel fumes in their cockpits as the exhaust rises up over the transom into your face, but our exhausts are over 30 feet in the air! This takes all fumes (and most engine noise) away from the cockpit, making the fishing and cruising experience that much more enjoyable for you and your guests.

The Shooting Star is so unique,
it has appeared on two episodes of Miami Vice.

MULTI BOAT TRIPS
More than 6 people (Convention Trips or Corporate Charters).
We can arrange lunches and drinks. We know all the best boats if you need additional boats and for larger groups we can arrange corporate trips.

We supply all bait, tackle, licenses, ice and coolers
